For the attention of the PTFA

Looking to raise funds for your school with the minimum of effort?

If the answer is ‘Yes’, our offer may be of interest to you. Our local Rotary clubs are committed to helping our community so we are offering you, as a PTFA , the opportunity to sell tickets for our annual firework event to your school’s parents, children and friends. In return we will refund you 15% of your ticket sales. You can sell tickets singly or in any combination. For example, if you sell tickets to 50 families of 4 you will raise £135 for your school!

This event, organised annually by the Rotary Clubs of Stroud, Stonehouse and Nailsworth, is the largest professionally staged firework display across the Five Valleys. For this reason we are changing its name from Ebley Fireworks to 5 Valleys Fireworks. It will be held this year, as usual, on Marling School’s playing fields, in Stroud on Monday 27th October, which is during half term week.

You would be selling tickets in advance at reduced prices of  only £3 for Primary aged children and £6 for everyone else, which is already a saving on the £4 and £8 gate prices. To assist your sales we can supply posters as well as electronic marketing material and links to our fireworks  website.

I hope you will join us in raising funds for yourselves and other local good causes. We are committed to donating 50% of our net profits from this event to charities and good causes that support young people. All other profits go to other local charities and good causes.
